NIDS – SATYA trained approximately 4000 Youth, 45500 Farmers and 3200 SHGs Groups and other field people so far

  • NIDS-SATYA main objective has been entrepreneurship development and management and thus always focuses on Skill development as it forms an important prerequisite towards entrepreneurship development.
  • The team has been engaged into developing course content including organizing courses limited to our territory called Knowledge Capsule (KC) and further to develop KC in facilitating bigger model of Start Ups of each and every individual involved.
  • We have worked with Assam, RMoL, RSLDC, EMI, DIC, CBOs, NGOs, Corporates, and other governmental organizations.
  • We had been into formation of SHGs on various disciplines, trades towards entrepreneurship model.
  • Rich with its infrastructure availabilities and got its three training centers to provide various kinds of trainings.
  • Associations / Collaborations with various organizations, and companies to provide placement opportunity to the students for the employment
  • Running various educational skill development programmes at various block level in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh.
  • Developed training paths for the young youths, connect them to market value chain, helps them to make their reach till various exporters to sell out their produced products

USP (Unique Service Proposition)

  • 53% of the total trained youth got placed in first attempt of the recruitment drive in more than 100 reputed brands.
  • 69 employer engagements sessions and 38 industry exposure visits were held during the year across various states.
  • Out of the total youth enrolled under our running programmes, 95% successfully completed training and received certificates of accomplishments.
  • 150 career counseling sessions, trainings by in-house trainers as well as industry experts were conducted.
  • States – Rajasthan ( 10 districts), Madhya Pradesh (5 districts)
  • More than before and much stronger linkages were built with government officials, RSLDC, Jaipur and Skilled centres in the state of Assam.

Major Interventions at a Glance

  • Project under DDU-GKY for skilling rural youth in the state of Assam
  •  “Training and briefing on Solid Waste Management Rules 2000 and its implementation” to Administrative staff of Army
  • Entrepreneurial development training on “Repair and maintenance of domestic electrical appliances” at Teetaria for the EMI, Jaipur under the “Rajasthan Mission on Livelihood”.
  • Entrepreneurial training to the women on “cutting and tailoring”, at Kapurawala
  • Short term skill training on “Repair of Domestic Electrical Appliances” in Teetaria village
  • Computer education and training to BPL youths of Jhalana Kacchi Basti, Jaipur.
  • Training programme on social work and future prospects in NGO sector.
  • Training to supervisors on Solid Waste Management and managing laborers at Military camp in Jaipur.
  • Two-training programmes to the laborers on using the tools for solid waste management.
  • Developed SHGs of Women and Youth to run some livelihood activities and strengthened and empowered through inter-loaning and profit-sharing
