Case of Manjhi is one such effort in the protection of the child rights of a new born baby.Finally on NIDS-SATYA efforts got recognized and on 3rd July 2019, the Surrogacy bill received Cabinet’s approval.The entire country is indebted for the giant leap into this neglected area by bringing this law that will prove a boon for women of entire nation against their exploitation on one hand and allowing a way to see new life playing in laps of those who had lost all hopes of upbringing their own progeny due to medical sickness.
